邮件开头和结尾应该写什么才能让客户回复
做外贸需要经常写邮件,包括开发信,回复邮件,跟进邮件,放假通知,节假日祝福等等,那么你知道邮件开头该怎么写,邮件结尾该怎么写,才能让客户回复你,加快成交吗?
不说废话,直接上正文。
邮件开头原始版本都是什么How are you?How is everything going?Hope you are doing well!Wish my email find you well.这种烂大街老掉牙的固定模板,没一点吸引力和新鲜感。
我的邮件开头是这样写的:
1.How is your business recently?
2.Glad to contact you.
3.Hope this email doesn't cause you any inconvenience.
4.I am writing to present a gold business opportunity for you.
5.I would like to introduce advantage product for you.
6.I am reaching out to see if there are possibility for us to work with you to improve mutual values.
7.Glad to hear that you do excellent business at xx product,and we are a powerful supplier to serve you.
等等
至于邮件结尾,千万不要写什么Hope to get your soonest reply,looking forward to your response,should there is any question,don't hesitate to contact me.
3.Your earliest reply would be highly appreciated !
你得写引导客户给你回复和反馈的话语和句子。
你应该写:
1.We really hope to do something for you and we keep waiting for your earliest response(或者把keep waiting换成looking forward)
4.Your response is a great help for me to meet your requirements and offer you desired service.Please give me a hand.
5.We are collecting clients' opinion to improve our service and increase mutual values,please kindly assist
6.We value each client's feedback to offer you suitable product and satisfactory service.
7.Looking forward to hearing from you back soon.
8.Kindly back to us and we are more than happy to provide any assistance and information.
