收到亚马逊美国站二审通知，怎么办？

从今年3月份以来，遭受亚马逊二审的痛楚的卖家朋友可谓苦不堪言呀。

因此，本文特意整理了相关的解决对策，希望对各位朋友有所帮助。

目前亚马逊审核比较缓慢，大家要耐心等候，一般1个多星期/2个星期左右才得出审核结果都算是正常的了。

在收到了疑似二审的邮箱之后，首先找招商经理确认是否为二审通知。卖家最好自行申述两次以上，并且每次提交材料前先和招商经理进行材料确认，对于没有招商经理的朋友们只能自己正常提交了。

美国站二审所需材料如下（具体根据亚马逊官方发送的文件为准，这里只是列举部分比较需要注意的环节）

A.与后台对应的有效的营业执照；

B.纸质版或电子版地址账单（选择水电煤话网账单任意一种）

主体要为公司或者法人；如果账单主体为第三方，则需要提供相应有效的证明文件（比如租赁合同）*账单不是发票，带发票字样为抬头的文件一律不予通过*不能使用信用卡账单或者其他对账单作为代替

*账单需要是公共事业单位如国家电网出具的盖章的，物业为主体开具的账单不接受

*已创建Listing的卖家需要提供对应增值税发票

C.身份证正反面+手持身份证照

D.公司产品网站

如若申诉失败，与招商经理再次进行沟通，准备材料进行第二次申诉，如若无申诉按钮，或者无路径提交申诉材料，可通过发送申诉邮件（模板可见文章底部）至seller-performance@rir_h=qnhi，并附上相关材料。

二次申诉仍然失败的，可以将上述材料、注册邮箱、第一次/第二次申述提交日期，被拒日期发送给招商经理，寻求帮助。

In the future, we will strictly read the Amazon policy and strictly abide by it.
