外贸开发信文字部分设计策略

外贸企业的开发信文字部分设计,大多数都是文字字数偏多,而且主题分散,让客户读起来非常困惑,那么设计简单、干练的开发信行不行呢?譬如下面这种开门见山的开发信模式:

Hi, I hope you are doing well. Want more clients and customers. We will help them find you by putting you on the 1st page of Google, Yahoo, AOL and Bing… If you can give me a website URL I can do a detailed analysis and send quotes accordingly We have some Low cost and special offers. 总体来说,上面这份非常简单的开发信写得非常精炼,该表达的卖点和核心价值都表达出来了,但是这是欧美国家的公司开发信,本身自身公司具有很强的品牌价值和实力,这种开发信必须建立在非常强得品牌价值的公司之上,不然外贸企业给客户,尤其是一带一路客户发这种开发信,很可能得到的回复就是“HELLO,BUT WHO ARE YOU?”

所以,如上面所述,开发信的文字要精炼,但绝对不是简单了事,应该围绕两点来论述:

1.公司实力部分

产品卖点要用产品来说话,这样客户才好接受,最好少用OUR COMPANY这种主观论述,容易让客户产生自卖自夸的感受。

We supply to food service providers, independent fruit shops and large retail chains.    We provide full category management solutions to selected supermarkets.

另外,开发信的文字设计不要天马行空,围绕着图片来介绍,客户的接受度会更高。
